Project Manager (Киев, офис)

Project Manager will be part of a SysIQ high-performance team responsible for building complex ecommerce solutions.

Required Skills:

A minimum of 3-5 years project management experience in related industry (retail, large-scale ecommerce) managing small to medium sized projects;

Experience using at least one formal development methodology;

Stakeholder management, Risk management, Escalation, Change Management, Communication plan Work Breakdown Structure, Monitor, Business knowledge, Technical understanding, Business acumen abilities;

Good written and oral communication;

Tools: Proficient use of Microsoft Project Confluence and JIRA;

English fluent.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for project delivery for products and services contributing to ROI (increasing profit, sales or reducing costs).

Demonstrates ownership over projects (vs. coordinating between groups).

Owns and monitors project schedule within defined scope, resources and timeline.

Identifies and manages dependencies and risks to project schedule.

Leads project team to meet project objectives.

Takes ownership to collaborate with project team to drive closure to problems and open issues.

Works within the process. Recognizes the value of process and executes within the boundaries.

Active participation and engagement in project, teams and business.

Efficiently and effectively solves project related problems (technical, business and resource issues) with management consultation as needed.

Engages appropriate project’s stakeholders and outside parties to collaboratively address project’s problems to all major stakeholder’s satisfaction.

Remains a neutral party between engineering and business worlds in approach to solving project’s issues and applying required solutions to major stakeholder’s satisfaction.

Builds and maintains working relationships with senior level business managers, cross functional teams and peers on projects.

Manages project key stakeholders; may require support from manager for stakeholder management.

Sets and delivers upon stakeholder expectations.

Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization.

Understands and communicates project vision to cross-functional teams.
