Game Designer (Киев, офис)

Crytek Ukraine is announcing an opening for Game Designer.

We look for talented, ambitious people who meet the following

requirements:

at least 2 years of game development experience, with at least some experience on online project;

profound design skills;

ability to read and write documentation in English;

excellent organizational and communication skills;

positive team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

Execute game and level design production assignments according to the Game Design Document as directed by Lead Designer(s) in a timely manner.

Building and balancing all sorts of game content: weapons, characters, NPC, missions, etc. Tweaking of weapons and vehicles.

Feature design and gameplay implementation including working with other departments to implement said features.

Assist the development team with tasks such as game tuning, game design and play test feedback.

Participate in extensive MP and SP testing under Lead Designer and Senior Designer supervision.

Document design work as part of the Game Design Document and help write the game test plan for the QA department.

Assist with creative design input to the lead game designers, artists and programmers.

Coordinate with other studio groups including art and production to achieve project objectives.
