Появление мобильных телефонов дало людям возможность звонить практически из любой точки планеты, в радиусе действия мобильной сети. Это значительно упростило повседневную жизнь и позволило быть на связи постоянно. Конечно, современные сотовые значительно отличаются от своих предшественников. Кроме своей изначальной миссии – возможности осуществлять звонки и отсылать текстовые сообщения, теперь телефон – постоянный спутник и помощник. С каждым годом выходят новые модели с новыми функциями.

Современный смартфон совмещает в себе:

•    непосредственно телефон,
•    видеокамеру,
•    фотоаппарат,
•    игровую приставку,
•    органайзер,
•    навигатор.

И это далеко не полный список его возможностей.

Однако производители, в погоне за инновациями и улучшениями, нередко забывают о развитии основной функции устройства – комфортного осуществления звонков. Каждый из нас хотя бы раз сталкивался с такой ситуацией, по обе стороны провода, когда разговор вроде бы окончился, но тут один из собеседников хочет что-то еще сказать, а второй уже убрал трубку от уха. И в большинстве случаев, он уже не услышит этой информации. И тогда у второго человека выбор – или перезвонить, или смириться, или постараться не забыть информацию до встречи. Вот только не всегда ситуация позволяет сделать обратный звонок по тем или иным причинам. Автор этого текста и сам не единожды попадал в такую ситуацию. И неприятнее всего, к примеру, когда нет средств на ответный звонок или негде пополнить счет, а информация была крайне важной.

Но появилась возможность раз и навсегда решить эту проблему незавершенного разговора. Команда российских разработчиков работает над программным обеспечением, которое призвано помочь пользователю не упустить ни одного важного слова в беседе. Софт под рабочим названием «Договоритель» будет оповещать владельца телефона вибрацией, если он уже поднес палец к кнопке завершения звонка, а его собеседник вдруг вспомнил о чем-то несказанном. Это простой и эффективный способ уведомления, который не требует никаких действий от самого хозяина устройства.

Как это работает?

Казалось бы, да как программа может узнать, где находится телефон: возле уха человека или нет? Все дело в том, что ПО задействует в своей работе датчики (гироскоп, датчики поворота и ускорения и т.д.), которые определяют местоположение телефона. Через сложную систему взаимодействия с устройством, софт точно определит стадию разговора и даст знать владельцу устройства о незавершенной беседе в случае необходимости.

В частности, инфракрасный датчик, который расположен на передней панели мобильного телефона, передает приложению информацию о том, что пользователь отнес устройство от уха. Теперь приложение переключается на слежение за звуковой дорожкой входящего потока. И если там будет обнаружена активность собеседника на том конце «провода», тут же оповестит владельца гаджета вибрацией, световым или звуковым сигналом, согласно указанным настройкам.
Среди дополнительных функций этого приложения – возможность записи телефонных разговоров. Это можно указать в настройках. А значит, самая важная часть разговора не пропадет.  

Потребность в такой функции назрела уже давно, и даже странно, почему другие разработчики не вынесли на суд общественности такую модернизацию. Дело в том, что «Договоритель» - не очередная программа из AppleStore или PlayMarket. Ее создатели предполагают, что она должна изначально встраиваться в прошивку телефона, вместе с другим пакетом предустановленного ПО. То есть, человек, покупая в магазине новое устройство, уже будет иметь эту полезную функцию в комплекте. Это актуальный и уникальный проект, который стоит внимания и инвестиций. Потому что он решит проблему тысяч и сотен тысяч абонентов мобильной связи.
 

Нужно ли изобретать велосипед?

В процессе исследований разработчики провели поиск изобретений, сходных с их собственным. И обнаружили некоторые программы, использующие тот же датчик, но совсем в другом направлении. Но ни одна из них ни в малейшей степени не повторяет функционал «Договорителя». А значит, это программное обеспечение можно смело признать полностью инновационным. И это не изобретение ради изобретения. Софт действительно актуален и полезен на данном этапе развития мобильной связи. Он решит проблемы многих ее пользователей. Что и требуется от любой новинки.

Со времен производства первого мобильного телефона прошло несколько десятков лет, если считать за отправную точку разработку первого портативного прототипа от Motorola в начале 70-х годов прошлого века и более ранние экспериментальные модели. Но развитие и усовершенствование мобильной связи не должно останавливаться. Важно вкладывать силы не только в увеличение числа функций устройства, но и в качество уже существующих. Особенно такой приоритетной, как основная – совершение звонков. Именно разговор с собеседником – первая ассоциация с понятием мобильник или смартфон. Все остальное – приложения, камеры и навигаторы с тем же успехом могут использоваться в планшетниках.

Конечно, сейчас, пока приложение еще не вышло на пользовательский рынок, довольно сложно четко прописать его достоинства и недостатки. На сегодняшний день его разработчики готовы «выпустить в мир» свое детище, но им не хватает ресурсов. В частности, инвестиции помогли бы приблизить день презентации и, так сказать, введения в эксплуатацию нового софта. Будем надеяться, что команда найдет своих инвесторов, и владельцы мобильных телефонов уже совсем скоро перестанут терять фразы своего телефонного собеседника. Патент командой на инновацию получен, теперь дело за реализацией и внедрением.

However, manufacturers, in pursuit of innovations and improvements, often forget about the development of the main function of the device - comfortable making calls. Each of us at least once faced this situation, on both sides of the wire, when the conversation seemed to end, but then one of the interlocutors wants to say something else, and the second has already removed the receiver from the ear. And in most cases, he will not hear this information any more. And then the second person has the choice - either to call back, or reconcile, or try not to forget the information before the meeting. That's just not always the situation allows you to make a callback for one reason or another. The author of this text himself did not once fall into such a situation. And most unpleasant, for example, when there is no money to call back or there is no place to replenish the account, and the information was extremely important.

But there was an opportunity once and for all to solve this problem of unfinished conversation. The team of Russian developers is working on software, which is designed to help the user not to miss any important word in the conversation. Soft under the working title "Dogovoritel" will notify the owner of the phone with vibration if he already lifted a finger to the button to end the call, and his interlocutor suddenly remembered something unspeakable. This is a simple and effective way to notify, which does not require any action from the owner of the device itself.

How it works?

It would seem, but how can the program know where the phone is located: near the person's ear or not? The thing is that the software uses sensors (gyroscope, rotational and acceleration sensors, etc.) that determine the location of the phone. Through a complex system of interaction with the device, the software will accurately determine the stage of the conversation and let the device owner know about the unfinished conversation, if necessary.

In particular, the infrared sensor, which is located on the front of the mobile phone, sends information to the application that the user has taken the device from the ear. Now the application switches to tracking the audio track of the incoming stream. And if there is detected activity of the interlocutor at that end of the "wire", immediately alert the owner of the gadget with vibration, light or sound signal, according to the specified settings.

Among the additional functions of this application is the ability to record telephone conversations. This can be specified in the settings. So, the most important part of the conversation will not be lost. 

The need for such a function has matured for a long time, and it's even strange why other developers did not bring such modernization to the public's court. The fact is that the "Dogovoritel" is not another program from AppleStore or PlayMarket. Its creators suggest that it should initially be embedded in the firmware of the phone, along with another package of preinstalled software. That is, a person buying a new device in the store will already have this useful feature in the kit. This is an actual and unique project, which is worth attention and investment. Because he will solve the problem of thousands and hundreds of thousands of mobile subscribers.

Do I need to reinvent the bike?

In the process of research, the developers searched for inventions similar to their own. And found some programs that use the same sensor, but in a completely different direction. But none of them in the slightest degree repeats the functionality of the "Contractor". So, this software can be easily recognized as completely innovative. And this is not an invention for the sake of invention. Soft is really relevant and useful at this stage of mobile communication development. He will solve the problems of many of its users. Which is required from any novelty.

Since the production of the first mobile phone, several decades have passed, if we consider as the starting point the development of the first portable prototype from Motorola in the early 70s of the last century and the earlier experimental models. But the development and improvement of mobile communications should not stop. It is important to invest not only in increasing the number of functions of the device, but also in the quality of existing ones. Especially the priority, as the main - the making of calls. Of course, now, while the application has not yet reached the user market, it is difficult to clearly identify its advantages and disadvantages. To date, its developers are ready to "release into the world" their offspring, but they do not have enough resources. In particular, investments would help bring the day of the presentation closer and, so to say, the introduction of new software. Considering that this product is not just for downloading and installing on a smartphone, but a potential pre-installed function, for its implementation you need really serious cash injections. Let's hope that the team will find its investors, and the owners of mobile phones will soon cease to lose the phrases of their telephone interlocutor. The patent is received by the team for innovation, now it is the matter of implementation and implementation.
