About the role:

Client communication handling, being the SPOC (single point of contact) for agency key client/s: participation in briefings, day to day communication process, participation in creative presentations, project timings management, leading financial procedures;

Project management, coordination and control execution at all stages for 360 degree advertising campaigns with digital center: BIG ideas development/adaptations, strategy development, social media marketing, web production of all types (sites, social networks applications, games, mobile apps, non-standard digital executions), video production, editorial materials creation, photo shootings;

Efficient management of the in-house agency strategic, creative and technical resources and external partners: internal briefings, creation and control of timings, finance procedures, partners pitching.

About You:

Strong communication and presentation skills;

Previous working experience in advertising industry (creative or media) with international brands;

Fluent English;

Possibility to travel on business occasions;

References preferred.

Reporting to: Account Group Head

Location: Moscow (90%), travel (10%)

Probation period: 3 months
